The name ‘Kloosterhotel’ refers to the history of this monumental building. What is now a hotel was once home to the sisters of a convent (‘klooster’ in Dutch). The interior design of the hotel is (with a wink) inspired by the Sisters of Love. This community of sisters worked and lived in the monastery from 1929 to 2003.
The tranquility and history of the convent are tangible in every arch, nook and cranny. In all 24 rooms, authentic details have been preserved and combined with modern facilities. Each room is unique in shape and furnishing: a quirky mixture of vintage, design, trendy accessories and recycled materials.

The Kloosterhotel has one Deluxe room suitable for guests with reduced mobility. It is equipped with a height-adjustable king-size bed (1.80 m wide x 2.10 m long). The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower, washbasin and grab rails. All Deluxe rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, a mini fridge, a safe, a flat-screen TV and bathrobes. The room can accommodate up to 2 people.

Apartment in the convent garden
This is the ideal holiday apartment in Den Bosch for families. A maximum of 4 people can stay here in a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 m wide x 2.10 m long) and a separate second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. Enjoy your own spacious bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen with dining table, sitting area, air conditioning, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, safe and terrace. Welcome to paradise.
Junior Suite
High walls reaching up to the roof give you plenty of space to dream away. The smaller sister of the Comfort room. Each unique room is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a king-size bed (1.80m wide x 2m long), coffee and tea, safe and flat-screen TV. In addition, the rooms have a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.
The room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

You can check in at any time. Your room will be available from 3 p.m.
The reception is open during the day, at least until 4 p.m. Thanks to a digital key, you can also arrive independently at any time. You can use this service by checking in online before arrival.
Check out is possible until 11:00 and on Sundays until 11:30. This allows you to sleep in.
Free cancellation is possible with a ‘Standard Rate’ up to 24 hours before arrival. This means that you can cancel until 15:00 on the day before your visit.
Have you made a reservation with a ‘Non-Refundable rate’? Then canceling or rescheduling the booking is not possible.
As you wake up after a wonderful night’s sleep, we serve breakfast in ‘de Eetkamer’. Heavenly delights, with a focus on sustainability, local ingredients and homemade products for €19.00 per person.

Standard breakfast times are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.
Is breakfast starting too late for your early start? Let us know in advance and we will try to start earlier. You will find the start time for tomorrow morning at the reception desk
The Kloosterhotel features a lift. The hotel rooms are located on two floors and the ground floor. Not all hotel rooms are easily accessible by lift. Would you like to be sure that your hotel room is easily accessible by lift? Then please contact reception before your arrival.
From Central Train Station ‘s-Hertogenbosch you can walk to the hotel in 20 minutes.
Do you prefer to take the bus? The Kapelaan Koopmansplein bus stop is 200 metres from the hotel. Bus lines 4, 8 and 9 depart from here with great regularity.
The hotel has 20 parking spaces, located in a private car park a 5-minute walk away. For €19.00 per night, you can park your car from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival until 12:00 hours on the day of departure. The parking ticket is only available at our reception.
Advance booking is required. When you reserve a parking space, please let us know your arrival time.
If the reception is closed when you arrive, you will find the access pass to the car park in your hotel room.
Rent a city bike at the reception for €15.50 per day. We have a limited amount of city bikes so feel free to book in advance via info@desoetemoeder.nl.
We also welcome young guests to our hotel. Children up to 3 years old sleep in their parents’ room. Please let us know in time, and we will arrange a baby bed (€15.00 per night). For an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old, you pay an additional price of €40.00 per night.
There is a limited number of extra beds available, so please make your request and we will contact you about the possibilities.
Are you looking for a hotel in Den Bosch where your dog is also welcome to stay overnight? It is possible to bring your four-legged friend with you, but only on request.

The Kloosterhotel is centrally located in Den Bosch. It is a 10-minute walk to St. John’s Cathedral and the city centre. The Brabanthallen event venue is 30 minutes (or 12 minutes by bicycle) from the hotel. You can rent a bicycle at the reception.
The Central Station is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
Eindhoven Airport is a 30-minute drive from the hotel and Schiphol Airport is a 60-minute drive away.
